Privacy

What this site stores.

The short version: we measure visits ourselves, on our own server. No third party. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no heatmaps, no advertising. This site runs zero third-party scripts — that is clause FS-07, and you can verify it.

Our own analytics

We measure visits with our own system, running on this same server. No data leaves for a third party. Per session we store: the pages you saw and in what order, how long you were active, how far you read, what you clicked, which site you came from (host only), your IP address, your city, region and country, the company or network behind your connection, your browser, your device and your time zone. All of it is deleted after 180 days, automatically.

Your IP address

We store your IP address with the visit. We use it for two things: to hold back spam, and — at the moment of the visit — to resolve it to an approximate location (city, region, country) and to the company or network that provides your connection. That resolution runs against databases on this same server: your IP is not sent to any third party. It is deleted after 180 days along with everything else. Geolocation uses DB-IP data.

Cookies

This site writes four first-party cookies, none shared with anyone.

ef_locale — the language you chose. Written only if you click. Lifetime: 180 days.
ef_dismiss — remembers you closed the language notice. Written only if you click. Lifetime: 24 hours.
ef_vid and ef_sid — two anonymous identifiers that group the events of one visit. They carry no name and nothing that identifies you, and the page cannot read them. Lifetime: 180 days and 30 minutes.

None follows you off this site. Delete them from your browser at any time.

If you do not want to be measured

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we write no cookie, assign no identifier, record no visit, and do not look up your location. You are invisible here, by your own choice. We do not measure ourselves either: if you are logged in, we do not track you.

Language detection

To offer you the right language we read two things your browser publishes: the language you configured and your time zone. This part does not use your IP — it is read on your device.

The form

If you write to us, we store what you typed: name, email, the service you picked and your message. For the form — and only the form — we record your IP address and the page you sent it from, solely to hold back spam. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, share it, or add it to any list.

Email

The notification of your message is sent through Resend, a transactional email provider. It receives your name, your email and your message, for the sole purpose of delivering it to us.

Your rights

Write to contact@elevnfoundry.com and we will tell you what we hold, hand it over, or delete it. No conditions, no charge.
